Team Building with Benetton Rugby Treviso

Fassa Bortolo’s Technical Assistance Team spent a day of hands-on training alongside the professionals from Benetton Rugby, focused on teamwork and personal growth.

Stepping outside the comfort zone to strengthen team spirit: this was the goal behind the recent team-building day organized for Fassa Bortolo’s Technical Assistance Team, in collaboration with the staff and athletes of Benetton Rugby Treviso.

The initiative unfolded across three distinct moments, designed to guide the group through a journey of reflection and shared action.

The first part, dedicated to classroom sessions and workshops, allowed participants to explore group dynamics, the value of effective communication, and the importance of listening to one another. The group then moved onto the field, where these theoretical concepts were put into practice: planning, trust, and mutual support were tested through activities inspired by rugby. The day concluded with the traditional “Third Half,” the convivial moment typical of this sport, dedicated to slowing down, getting to know one another better, and strengthening the relationships that also help build a solid team in everyday work.

Rugby, with its values of trust, discipline, responsibility, and mutual support, once again proved to be an effective source of inspiration for carrying these principles into the workplace.
