Use

FOND-ELAST 223 is an elastomer levelling undercoat with fine render effect for exteriors, with high filling and water repellency properties.   Suitable for application on any lime-cement finishing plaster/render, for the purpose of minimising the appearance over time of surface hairline cracks (maximum width 0.3 mm).   It can be applied in one or more layers, both for prevention and to repair an existing problem, before the painting cycles with PE 224 ELAST elastic paint.
