Buffeldrift farm lies 15 km to the west of Ladismith Klein Karoo. The climate is hot and arid with temperatures reaching 40°C.

The archaeological Roman site of Can Tacó is settled in “Turó d’en Roina”, facing south and 50 meters above the point where the rivers Congost and Mogent meet, at the birth of the river Besòs and 20 km far from its confluence with the Mediterranean sea.
This place is part of the mountain range named “els Turons de les Tres Creus”, a natural place that keeps the biodiversity in a highly fragmented metropolitan area. This particular situation arises the need of addressing the refurbishment naturalistically and the archaeologically.
The JIGIYA SO Psychomotor Rehabilitation Center, addresses the issue of disability and its social integration in the booming district of Kati, 20 Km north from Bamako, the capital of the Republic of Mali. Its main goal is to start a process able to raise awareness about disability, far from being dealt in these areas in West Africa.
Nel 2012 l’Azienda Ospedaliera della Valtellina e della Valchiavenna ha intrapreso un processo di tutela e valorizzazione del Villaggio ex sanatoriale, oggi ospedale di Sondalo.
L’edificio dell’accettazione è stato restaurato nel 2013-15 e trasformato nel ‘Museo dei Sanatori’.
La costruzione della fortezza Hohensalzburg risale alla fine dell´XI secolo. Essa è stata ampliata nei secoli successivi sino ad ottenere le sembianze di una possente fortificazione. La torre abitativa, eretta a partire dal 1077, costituisce il nucleo dell´Hoher Stock.
Le opere di recupero e restauro presso la Chiesa della Confraternita della Misericordia in Torino si sono evolute secondo una programmazione pluriennale articolata in lotti successivi volta al recupero dell’immagine e dei valori artistico architettonici delle singole parti.
