Launched in 2025, the partnership between Fassa Bortolo and the Italian Red Cross is an outstanding example of collaboration between business and community, in line with our commitment to environmental sustainability and the enhancement of historical heritage.
This collaboration takes shape through a series of initiatives ranging from support for the restoration of the International Red Cross Museum to local projects aimed at improving the energy efficiency of Italian Red Cross facilities and promoting sustainable mobility.
International Red Cross Museum (MICR)
We contributed to the renovation of the International Museum in Castiglione delle Stiviere (Mantua), helping to identify the most effective interventions for its redevelopment and providing our expertise and technical solutions.
Being part of this project means much more than restoring a physical space. It means contributing to the cultural and social regeneration of the local area, giving the community back an accessible and inclusive place. A vibrant cultural landmark capable of enhancing historical heritage and humanitarian values, creating a bridge between memory and the future.
Energy Efficiency – Italian Red Cross Committee of Viterbo
A project aimed at reducing energy consumption and emissions was carried out at the headquarters of the Italian Red Cross Committee of Viterbo through the installation of a prefabricated photovoltaic canopy equipped with a wallbox for charging electric vehicles.
Integrated with the existing photovoltaic system, the installation contributes to bringing the facility closer to energy self-sufficiency and strengthening its sustainability over the medium to long term.
Sustainable Mobility – Italian Red Cross Regional Committee of Lazio
The partnership has also enabled the renewal of the vehicle fleet of the Italian Red Cross Regional Committee of Lazio through the purchase of a hybrid car to support activities carried out across the region.
The use of the new vehicle helps reduce fuel consumption and emissions while improving the efficiency of travel required for institutional and assistance activities.
