High protection finish for façades
Use
FASSADVANCE PROTECTION is a filler-finish for exteriors, especially suitable for decorating and protecting perfectly cured lime and lime-cement finish coat renders, both new and already painted, as long as these are sound, solid and without rising damp. Thanks to its composition, which increases the film’s ageing resistance and colour retention, the product is also suitable for creating dark tones on façades. After complete film formation, it features excellent water repellency, which means better water run-off from the wall and thus improving the protection provided by the product.
It is also used as a decorative water-based paint for concrete, acting as a CO2 barrier; it is compliant with EN 1504-2:2005 (systems for the protection and repair of concrete structures), for class (C) coatings, in accordance with principles 1.3 (protection against ingress, PI), 2.2 (moisture control, MC), 8.2 (increasing resistivity, IR), and system of attestation of conformity 2+, annex ZA.2.
