Premessa

L’edificio si trova a Cannaregio Venezia, al piano terra del complesso del Palazzo Lezze, denominato “Casin Palace Lezze”, attribuito alla parte del palcoscenico che si affaccia sul Rio della Sensa e completa il giardino del palazzo a Longhena; il quinto del giardino è stato cambiato con la costruzione di un vero edificio piccolo che ha riparato l’oggetto di questo progetto.

a) Indagine di scansione laser topografica e 3D

The topographic survey has affected both internal and external spaces, in order to determine on the one hand the performance of the general geometry of the factory, the other of the main load-bearing structures, yet on the other hand a network of support and connection of the laser scans 3D. b) Longimetric Survay

The direct survey was addressed to all building structures accessible to direct measurement, representing a crucial complement to other methods of detection. 2. Project

The building, named “Casin” in Venice and ‘something between the barn and the storage attached to a building. Access to the “Casin” was through a tortuous path leading to secondary private garden of Palazzo Lezze, to which the inner facade of the building, it is assumed acted as a background, as the fifth stage, as was the custom in the seventeenth century .

2.1 Facades

The main facade, the one that promises the Rio della Sensa will be restored according to the criteria of restoration, even if the only change, turn out to be that given by the replacement of the railing of the bezel of the water gate: it will be made of glass, protected by railing bill similar to that of the front door from the garden. The facade facing the garden, will not undergo any modification, if not for the inclusion of a skylight wire precisely flap facing toward the interior space and the creation of a chimney, similar to that already existing symmetrical, ventilation and smoke outlet, place with discretion along the innermost corner of the building, adjacent to the masonry of the border.

2.2 Functionality distribution

The input is characterized by a window frame inner brushed steel and crystal which acts, as well as additional protection of the entry, also by theca to the frieze inside of the portal and which connects directly to the structure of the library, which covers the full height masonry on the side south – west. The ground floor is configured, as regards the central portion as a single open space where organized the living area: living room and dining room. Opposite the entrance from the garden there is the water gate, which will be accessed through a new system of steps made of blocks of stone from Istria that, by connecting to the existing ones will allow access to the lower level of the bank. This solution is necessary because, as previously noted, the interior floor will be raised and will also be made, along the three inner sides, a window frame with bulkheads of protection from water. This will be able to keep open the large wooden door on the water, that will be restored, but remained faithful in the features and in the original consistency, in order to bring the necessary light to the indoor environment. As agreed it will also be totally demolished the wall portion engaged on the field of masonry to the Rio della Sensa; it is an artifact brick, to support the concrete roof truss of recent construction. Instead it will be kept, to a depth of about 30 cm, as opposed to the same axis, which appears to be contemporary with the nineteenth-century building. From the living you will, in perceptive continuity to the kitchen, hidden behind the wall plug, which divides the main building from the side and lower back. In this same portion it will be also organized a small bathroom, located in the south – east. In the large open space it will be realized a scale in line, steel and glass, which will lead to the loft of furniture made of steel structure with very thin profiles, painted white, in order to operate with the greatest possible discretion. The loft will be put in place, free transfer from the walls, which autonomous structure and furnishings, so as to safeguard always the friezes and decorations present on the perimeter walls. You are thus obtained height than the required minimum, of ml. Or 2.20, ml. 2.40 / 2.45 because the thickness of the structure of the deck that place at this altitude is ideal axis with the frame of the window frames windows letting always completely free. The alignment of the loft, to the north wall, is given by the projection of the brick fireplace on the north – west of the water gate, while that of the south wall is placed in continuity to the catwalk technique crystal. In the portion above the bathroom of the ground floor it will be instead realized an additional loft furniture,free transfer from the wall, where there is the frame window, where to place the toilet on the first floor. All the walls will be consolidated and then plastered with a smooth plaster finish. The structure of the existing roof, built with beams type Trieste, and therefore not valuable, already the subject of a recent reworking and insulation, will be fully covered with drywall and hidden from view. The truss concrete existing today will be replaced with a steel beam supporting the roof, statically alternative, but equivalent, to the truss.

2.3 Materiali, finiture e rivestimenti
