Purposes and legal basis of processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- to enable use of the automatic system for goods receipt declaration, pursuant to Article 45a of Regulation EU no. 282/2011 (introduced by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1912), to manage the technological platforms used to provide related support;
- to fulfil administrative, accounting, civil law and tax obligations, regulations, EU and/or non-EU laws;
- to manage any disputes.
The legal basis for the purposes of personal data processing is given below:

Data storage period
The data shall be stored for the time necessary to fulfil legal obligations. If there are no legal requirements, the Controller shall keep the data for a period of time that is consistent with the purposes indicated above and the consents given. In particular, the data shall be processed according to the following time criteria:

Providing your data and the consequences of refusing to provide your data
Providing your data for contractual purposes and for managing disputes is necessary.Any refusal to provide your data will make it impossible for you to use the the automatic system for goods receipt declaration, pursuant to Article 45a of Regulation EU no. 282/2011 (introduced by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1912).
Categories of recipients
Solely for the purposes specified above, all the data collected and processed may be disclosed to internal figures authorised to carry out processing as part of their duties, and to the following categories of external parties:
- IT consultants and companies and, in particular, software houses supplying the online platforms used for the automatic system for goods receipt declaration, pursuant to Article 45a of Regulation EU no. 282/2011 (introduced by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1912);
- lawyers and legal consultants;
- public and private bodies, also as a result of inspections and audits.
These recipients, where they process data on behalf of our Company, will be designated as data processors under an appropriate contract or other legal document.
Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organisation
Your data will not be transferred to non-European third countries.
Rights of data subjects
You, as the Data Subject, have the right to request the Controller for access to your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, delete them or restrict processing where there are grounds to do so, or to object to their processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, and to obtain portability of the data if subject to automated processing based on your consent or on a contract. You also have the right to withdraw the consent given for the processing purposes that require it without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
