Use
FASSANET ZR SYSTEM is used for the reinforcement of masonry elements (brick, tuff, stone) using the thin shell reinforcement technique. The system has the function of distributing stress due to static and seismic phenomena, making the masonry highly ductile. The system can also be used on reinforced concrete structures to improve connection between non-structural elements and load-bearing elements.
Examples of reinforcement that can be implemented using the FASSANET ZR SYSTEM include but are not limited to:
Shear and flexural reinforcement of masonry walls
Reinforcement of masonry arches and vaults
Retaining masonry columns
Reinforcement of non-structural elements, such as brick infill and partitions
Improvement of connections between brick infill and concrete frame
